You live in a two-family house above Flims-Dorf. The centre of Flims can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. There is a bus stop 300 metres from the house. The ski slope is 100 metres away on foot. Ski in, ski out. You can start your bike tour directly from the house. There is a lockable room for bikes. The ski room is pleasantly heated and has plenty of space for skis and ski boots. The flat has a large terrace which is protected by a thuja hedge. You can reach the terrace through the large sliding window door from the living room. The flat has a covered parking space and, on request, a further, uncovered parking space. The large sauna with an additional shower can be shared and is located on the same floor as the flat. The house was newly built in 2015.
